I feel like, again, Magic are also a very tough physical team. It's again, it can't just be all Kate. So that's my concern, and that's why I think this series it might go longer than people think. Um, I stope the Pistons will win, but I do think it's gonna go longer due to the fact that like Kate is having to do everything.

Um, you know, we've talked before about who's gonna be the pacers for this year, and you know, it Atlanta and um Orlando are fighting to be be this year's Pacers, so I don't know. They're in trouble. Um, I mean, of course, you know, we'll see what happens game two, but I think I I think the Pistons might lose. I I think the Pistons are gonna lose this series. Well um, I think they'll lose this series, and I I said foolishly they were going to the finals, but it's no way in hell they're going to the finals, and I think they're actually gonna lose this series. So yeah, they can't get the offense they need from anybody else. Cade.

I do think CJ, though, it's just because of how CJ is playing and like taking that matchup personally, Jalen Brunson on the defensive end isn't doing the best. And then Carl Anthony Townsend disappearing advertising. I don't really think it's the spot. I also think it's the coaching as well with Mike Brown, because the last couple minutes just didn't make any sense. I don't know why. First off, you get the ball. Why don't you just call a timeout? You leave with a I don't like when coaches leave with a timeout in any sport. Like, I'm sorry, like especially after somebody misses two free throws. Like, just you know, call it. Oh, I thought they did. I thought the dicks had one more.

So, man, uh yeah, I'm I'm I'm sticking with Knicks and seven because I knew Hawks was was gonna be a challenge. I'm close to picking the Hawks to just win the series. But um the closest I could go was uh Knicks, just because Hawks have some athletic people, they got some wings, they'll they'll stay in the games, but I think the I don't think the Knicks will pull it out, but they're gonna take them the distance.

My thing is like, at what point with the Knicks is the town level gonna match the whole thing with them, right? With the names, the bench, everything that they have, right? They have one of the best benches in the NBA. They still have Jalen Brunson and Carl Anthony Towns. It's just that Mikhail Bridges and OG Ananobi. And OG like will play fine. Mikhail will play decent, but I'm just saying, with all the names that you have on that team, and y'all have not, you know, gone past the conference finals at this point. That's my frustrating thing with y'all. So, you know, we'll talk later for for why I think there's a certain team that's definitely favored in the east, but like, ugh, that's just my that's my irritation with them. It's like all the names, the new coach, everything this year, and still you're in a dogfight with the Hawks. Like, I don't know.

Now we're on the Nuggets and Timberwolves. There's a lot to look at here. So what are your guys' uh thoughts on them playing against each other right now?

I mean, this is easily my favorite rivalry that we got going on with the NBA. And again, Ant and Jokic, it always just brings the best out of each other. I do think, especially both those teams, and then of course, playoff Jamal Murray having his moments and doing his thing. I just whew. The one thing I do enjoy did enjoy about the last game is the fact that they were like, okay, we're just gonna attack the paint. Because it's probably like the first game, because Ant was in a rhythm shooting threes, everybody else is like, okay, we gotta catch up, we gotta keep shooting. Like, literally, just let Dante and Ant, and then Nas shoot in the moments, everybody else just go downhill. And that's why I really enjoyed how that kind of opened everything up for them. Also, Rudy Gobert is playing a lot better on Jokic than he has like in years past. I don't know what's going on with Rudy there during the series, but okay, you're locking in, you're doing your thing. And again, it's not like you can fully contain Jokic, but if you can contain him enough where he's not the biggest threat on around the court, I think that that's gonna keep voting well for them. And then again, the defensive possessions towards the end of that game were just I just ah I was really happy. I was really just happy to see that what that wolves team could be because again, you see, because my the first thing was like, is Ant gonna get help? Because you see him still like walking around, laboring around, and still like he hasn't shot the best. But I think that the team really rallying around and be like, okay, in the nine eight minutes, we're still gonna have like um I think Io and then Julius Randle, and um, I think Bones Highland hit a couple threes as well. Like, that was just so good for that team. So I'm really excited to see what the Wolves are going to do. Um, yeah, so now it's going back to Minnesota, right?

But for them to be able to overcome all those bad shots because of the defense that they play, because of you know how athletic they are, because of all those things, they're able to typically overcome it. They can't overcome that against a team like OKC, but some reason with Denver, they're they're able to do it. Denver, Denver brings the best out of them when it uh, especially when it comes to defense. So yeah, I'm I'm excited to watch uh watch this series and excited to see them take Wimby out next round.

So if they could just keep him on there one year without investing long term, and then maybe draft a receiver, get you know, someone else to to tire um to um to be a tandem with uh CD, that'll be a better way. Someone that's not making as much money, that'll be a better way to to do that. So yeah, that's that's what I personally want to see. Um, you know, Panthers, hey, they'll get now. I'm they'll they'll probably get the the tight end out there.
